Monday, the '00 Sooners prevailed over '04 Oklahoma. Today, the '00 Sooners will find out who they will meet in the title of our Big 12 BCS-era 16-team playoff.

Who should advance: Oklahoma’s defense was tenacious in ’03. But I’m not sure how it could have slowed down the ’08 Sooners, who could score every which way with Bradford, Murray, Gresham and a powerful offensive line. The '03 Oklahoma offense was prolific, but it wasn’t quite as strong or versatile as the ’08 Sooners’ attack was. The ’08 Sooners would have found a way to put up enough points to move on to the title game.
