Three-star defensive end Dimarya Mixon (Mesquite, Texas/West Mesquite) has decommitted from Arizona State and will re-evaluate his options after the 2012 West Mesquite season.

According to sources close to Mixon, the 6-foot-4, 250-pound defensive end, who confirmed the decision to ESPN's RecruitingNation via text message, will weigh all options following the season. He said he will not do any interviews until after the end of the season, choosing to focus on his team’s upcoming playoff run rather than being a potential distraction for the team. Mixon has more than a dozen offers, including those from Oklahoma, West Virginia, Baylor, Ole Miss and Missouri.
