2014 ATH Farmer earns Arizona State offer

It has become a habit for 2014 athlete Michael Farmer (Edmond, Okla./North) to call the Arizona State coaching staff to let them know how his junior season is going.
He said he talks with ASU outside linebackers coach Dan Lanning at least once a week. Farmer made that call again Sunday, except the tone was different. Farmer was telling Lanning about his most recent game when -- just like that Farmer had his first college offer.
“It was kind of shocking,” Farmer said. “I was not expecting to get this offer at all at this point. I’m really excited.
