2014 OL likes 'balance' at U-M

When Tommy Doles (Grand Rapids, Mich./Grand Rapids Christian) first visited Michigan, he was only on campus for part of the day, to participate in this summer’s football camp.

So the 2014 prospect appreciated the invite to the BBQ at the Big House, which would give him a chance to learn about the school and meet the coaches, all without having to work up a sweat.

“There was a lot I didn’t know about Michigan,” Doles said. “I had never been on the campus before. The way they treat student-athletes, I mean both the student and athlete is important there. They stress balance in your life.”
