The Michigan coaching staff has made a priority on getting an early start on recruiting and evaluating prospects. That doesn't just mean the 2013 class, but evaluating prospects within the 2014 class as well.

Quite a few sophomore prospects have been identified, and have even taken visits to Ann Arbor. Those include quarterback Chandler Kincade (Beaver Falls, Pa./Blackhawk), who is currently committed to Pitt.

"We were going up to Michigan State for their junior day, so we thought we might as well go to Michigan, too," he said. "I'm still committed to Pitt, but I committed to Coach (Todd) Graham's staff, so I'm just kind of waiting to meet the new staff before I change anything."
