BATON ROUGE, La. -- When 2013 fullback Cethan Carter and his Metairie, La./Archbishop Rummel Raiders hoisted the Louisiana Class 5A state championship trophy in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in December, he had no major offers.
Since his team's magical, unbeaten state-championship run, the interest is coming.
