Three names to watch for LSU

January, 31, 2012
BATON ROUGE, La. -- LSU’s signing day picture cleared up a little bit Monday night, but there’s still plenty of time for more good news.

Monday’s commitment from quarterback Jeremy Liggins should improve the Tigers’ standing heading into national signing day considering he is the No. 12-ranked athlete in the class.

Even with that good news, LSU still has some room heading into the signing day. The Tigers currently hold 23 verbal commitments, leaving just a little bit of room until they reach the class limit of 25.
