Get ready for a wild and unpredictable season, if the stats at Football Outsiders are correctly configured.
Preseason projections, listed here in Brian Fremeau's story, call for quite a shakeup at the top of the polls this season. The predictions don't figure well for LSU's chances at a return trip to the BCS championship game. The Tigers are projected to start their season 5-0, but that figure drops to either 8-1 or 7-2 -- with one of those losses presumably coming to Alabama.
