BATON ROUGE -- It seems somewhat ironic that of all the prospects in LSU's sights for 2013, the nearest one might be one of the last to choose a school.

Tim Williams, the 6-foot-3, 230-pound defensive end from LSU Laboratory School, attends high school on the very campus the Tigers call home. So it isn't much of a surprise that Williams made the one-mile trek across campus to Tiger Stadium, where he was one of the plethora of visitors to LSU's spring game on Saturday.

"There were a lot of people there -- a lot of recruits. I got a chance to talk to some of them before the game," he said.
