New schools enter mix for Sharpe

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Georgia and Florida were two schools that many believed were the lead contenders for ESPN 300 offensive tackle David Sharpe (Jacksonville, Fla./Providence Christian). Those schools are certainly still in the mix for Sharpe, but the four-star lineman remains wide open.

In fact two new schools, Tennessee and LSU, have entered the picture for the No. 18-ranked player in the country. Sharpe, also a standout basketball player, would like the opportunity to play both on the next level, and Tennessee is a school that could potentially allow Sharpe to do both.
