The University of Georgia had two commitments participate in the Under Armour All-Amercia Game last week, and the Bulldogs are hoping to add to that number on signing day. ESPN national recruiting director Tom Luginbill was in Florida all week, and he breaks down the two commitments, as well as three of the top remaining targets for Mark Richt and his staff.

Tom Hauck for ESPN.comBrice Ramsey showed flashes during the Under Armour All-America game.
QB Brice Ramsey (Kingsland, Ga./Camden County): "Ramsey is essentially exactly what we thought he was -- a very talented prospect that showed flashes all week, but is in the development stage when it comes to presence, timing and working through progressions. In the game he made some poor decisions, but also had some nice throws dropped. Our evaluation of him especially throughout the week, not just the game will be scrutinized on tape in the coming days. Again, when you play in a scheme your entire career that does not afford you many opportunities to flourish in the passing game, the learning curve is going to be steeper."
