LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Through The Opening and this past weekend's Champion Gridiron Kings, Reggie Wilkerson (Citra, Fla./North Marion) has been able to match up against dozens of the nation's top prospects, a rare opportunity even for a prospect playing in the always loaded Sunshine State. The ESPN 300 athlete is taking full advantage of the chance to hone his craft as the multifaceted athlete prepares to play cornerback at the next level.

“These events give me a chance to come out and compete, have fun, and look at different types of playing styles so I can be able to adapt to things at the next level,” Willkerson said. “I think my acceleration out of my breaks has improved a lot since this time last year as well.”

Two weeks ago, Wilkerson, a University of Georgia commitment, joined most of the rest of the Bulldogs’ recruiting class in Athens for Dawg Night.
