Four new teams enter the ESPN 25 Power Rankings in Week 3, including Kingsland (Ga.) Camden County, led by Georgia quarterback commit Brice Ramsey. Meanwhile, the nation's No. 1 recruit and Loganville (Ga.) Grayson hold steady as the No. 1 team (without even playing a Week 2 game).
