Top recruits abound at Ga. state finals
Prince Avenue (11-2) vs. ELCA (12-1): Class A Private, Friday, 2:30 p.m.
The top prospect in the opening matchup of the weekend is ESPN 150 defensive end Isaac Rochell. He committed to Notre Dame over 20 other offers back in June. His teammate, running back Keyante Green, is a ESPN 300 prospect who committed to Purdue during the summer after being previously committed to UCLA. Eagles Landing Christian Academy has two ESPN 2014 Watch List selections to keep an eye on as well in defensive end Andrew Williams and quarterback/athlete Dalton Etheridge. Williams, whose brother Anthony plays defensive end at Georgia Tech, looks to follow Rochell’s path as one of the most coveted prospects in Georgia.

What’s up everybody, this is Robert Nkemdiche. First off, I just want to thank all of the Grayson fans for coming out and supporting us on Thursday. We did a great job against Archer and we are really coming together as a team. We are not just a bunch of individuals and I am really proud of how we played. Our offense is on fire and our defense has held them scoreless for four games, so we are hoping to keep that going against Brookwood this Friday.
My mom leaves next Tuesday and I am going to miss her dearly. This will be the last high school game she gets to see me play. Coaches from Ole Miss and Georgia are coming too, so hopefully I can ball out for all of them.

Many recruits unlikely to attend UF-UGA
As important as recruiting the Sunshine State is for the Georgia program, this would seem like a boon. But right after the rule was abolished, both Georgia and Florida agreed to not host recruits during the game.
"Georgia and Florida have agreed not to do this,” Georgia assistant athletic director Claude Felton told DawgNation in June.

Coach: UGA commit Terry could change
“It wouldn’t surprise me,” said Chuck Reedy, Terry’s head coach at Goose Creek. “Either way, because he’s always been Georgia from the time he was a freshman because he has family over there, he’s always spent time over there and with A.J. Green having so much success there while being from this area -- there’s a lot of things that go into that.
“But Clemson probably has done a better job recruiting him I think. They have developed a good relationship with him. And like I told the Georgia coach yesterday, they’ve kind of -- I’m talking about Georgia -- they’ve had two or three guys recruiting him I don’t know that they’ve established that same kind of relationship with him that Clemson has.”
