E.J. Levenberry planning SEC visit
By Dave Hooker
Florida State commitment E.J. Levenberry will take an official visit to one of his former favorite schools.
The ESPN 300 linebacker from Woodbridge (Va.) Hylton will visit Tennessee, according to his father, Eric Levenberry. Apparently, Seminole fans shouldn't be too concerned.
"He is firmly committed to Florida State," the elder Levenberry said. "I am making him go to Tennessee to be certain."
Levenberry Jr. showed strong interest in Tennessee before Sal Sunseri was hired as defensive coordinator. Then Tennessee's recruitment of the four-star prospect seemed to slip.
Newly hired head coach Butch Jones and his staff have tried to re-energize that recruitment. While the Vols did secure a visit, it appears they have more work to go.
