Jacob Coker


Quarterback, Redshirt Freshman, 6-foot-5, 232 pounds

Looking back: A versatile high school quarterback, size and athleticism make Jacob Coker a threat. Coker threw for 16 touchdowns as a senior at St. Paul's Episcopal and ran for five more. His arm strength and ability to run with the football make him an intriguing project for FSU's coaches and a tantalizing prospect for fans, but Coker's talents are still raw -- he spent just one season in a pro-style offense in high school -- making him an obvious redshirt in 2011.
