Steve Muench and Kevin Weidl of Scouts Inc. rank the 10 best true sophomores in college football for 2013. The list produced some interesting results, with running backs, wide receivers and defensive ends dominating the ranks. Meanwhile, not one quarterback made it. In terms of conferences, the SEC produced the top four players (and eight total), while the ACC and Pac-12 tallied four players each.
