Class of 2015 Houston Clear Lake tight end Jordan Davis hasn't been secretive about his affinity for Texas A&M.

What appeared imminent on Wednesday night he made official on Thursday afternoon, committing to the Aggies while on an unofficial visit to Texas A&M.

Davis confirmed the news to GigEmNation via text message.

Davis, who also has offers from Arizona State, Oklahoma and Texas, originally committed to Florida State on March 19. He was offered by the Aggies on Sunday after performing at their one-day camp. He decommitted from the Seminoles on Wednesday night.

The 6-foot-4, 247-pound tight end is the Aggies' first commitment in the 2015 class.
