8/28/2012

ESPN's NoleNation takes a look at some of Florida State's commitments who have garnered accolades from publications around the country.

RB Ryan Green

5-10/187 (St. Petersburg, Fla./St. Petersburg Catholic)

• Named the No. 2 player in the Tampa Bay area by the Tampa Bay Times.

• Gridiron Kings participant

• Committed to Florida State

OL Ryan Hoefeld

6-3/265 (New Orleans/Brother Martin)

• Named to the All-Metro Large Schools Football team by the Times-Picayune.

• Committed to Florida State.

Dowlar's take: Even though Hoefeld is under the radar on the national scale, locally, at least, he's respected well enough to make the first team in the large classification of New Orleans.

OL Richy Klepal

6-4/285 (Tampa, Fla./Plant)

• Named the No. 11 player in the Tampa Bay area by the Tampa Bay Times.

• Committed to Florida State for 2013.

• Named to the Orlando Sentinel's 2012 wide receivers to watch list.

• Ranked the No. 10 player on the Orlando Sentinel's 2013 Central Florida Super60 list.

6-3/215 (Orlando, Fla./Evans)

• Ranked the No. 8 overall player on the Orlando Sentinel's 2013 Central Florida Super60 list.
