Melvin Keihn has four new big offers
By Dave Hooker
The scholarship offers keep flowing in for Melvin Keihn.
Since the end of the season, the junior linebacker from Baltimore (Md.) Gilman has picked up scholarship offers from Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh, Florida and Wisconsin. Clearly, he's been impressed with the attention.
"Florida is one of the top programs in college football, no doubt," the ESPN Watch List prospect said as he broke down his latest quatro of scholarship offers. "Pitt and Georgia Tech are also some of the top programs for football and academics. Great engineering schools, which I want to major in. Wisconsin is also one of the best there is out there as well. All these schools are pretty good and there's a lot of history behind them."
During the season, 6-foot-3, 225-pound Keihn picked up scholarship offers from Penn State, Michigan and Notre Dame. He previously held offers from a handful of schools. Some of the most notables for the 2014 prospect were nearby Maryland, Miami (Fla), Rutgers, Virginia and Virginia Tech.
