South Carolina wide receiver commit Kwinton Smith will take an official visit to Florida for the Vanderbilt game.

The 6-foot-3, 193-pound athlete from Dillon HS (S.C.) has been committed to South Carolina since July 7. Though Smith is considered a long-shot to switch to Florida, the Gators have only one commitment from a wide receiver -- LaTroy Pittman (Citra, Fla./North Marion) -- and receiver is a position of need.

In addition to Smith, South Carolina has commitments from receivers Jody Fuller (Monroe, N.C./Sun Valley) and Shaq Roland (Lexington, S.C./Lexington).
