GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida wide receiver commit Latroy Pittman said he was shocked to learn his future offensive coordinator Charlie Weis was leaving to be the head coach at Kansas. But after his official visit to Florida, Pittman said he is more comfortable with the situation.

“It’s all good,” Pittman said. “It’s the same staff just missing Coach Weis. But [Will] Muschamp said it’s going to be the same offense, not much will be changing so I feel like they are on the same path.”

While on his visit, the 6-foot-1, 195-pound receiver said all 12 weekend visitors went to Muschamp’s house on Friday then went bowling. Pittman said it was a good chance to get to know the other visitors, specifically the three non-committed players Darius Hamilton, Josh Harvey-Clemons and Nelson Agholor.
