Podcast: The Opening preview

July, 2, 2012
On the Verbal Commitment podcast on Monday, ESPN national recruiting analyst Craig Haubert said he is looking forward to seeing a couple of Florida commits -- Kelvin Taylor, the No. 1 running back in the ESPN 150, and Caleb Brantley, one of the top defensive tackles in the nation.

Of Taylor, Haubert said he will be looking to see his receiving skills, as the limited contact will make evaluations of running ability difficult. Of Brantley, Haubert said he is looking forward to seeing a rematch of the Orlando NFTC confrontation between Brantley and offensive lineman Ira Denson, now an FSU commit.

State of Florida recruiting analyst Corey Long said he is looking forward to watching a couple of prime UF targets -- cornerback Vernon Hargreaves III and defensive lineman Demarcus Walker -- go up against some of the best competition they'll ever face.
