DB Wiggins waffling on Georgia pledge?

June, 21, 2012
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Four-star defensive back Shaq Wiggins (Tyrone, Ga./Sandy Creek) has been one of the biggest Georgia recruiters since he committed to the Bulldogs on Feb. 10, but after visiting Florida last week Wiggins is giving serious thought to what the Gators have to offer.

"Coach Muschamp showed me how I could come in and compete right now," Wiggins said. "So it was a great trip. It kind of made me re-evaluate the situation of me being committed to Georgia. I just want to be sure I am not making a mistake even though my heart is at the University of Georgia."

Wiggins is ranked as the No. 35 player in the country and the No. 6 cornerback.

DawgNation writer Radi Nabulsi caught up with Wiggins to see where he stands with his commitment to Georgia.
