GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- It appears Florida will get back most of the injured players who missed all or parts of last week's game for Saturday's showdown with South Carolina.
UF coach Will Muschamp said G James Wilson (eye), C Jonotthan Harrison (arm), OT Xavier Nixon (upper body), LB Jelani Jenkins (hamstring) and DT Dominique Easley (knee) should be "ready to go." Wilson, Jenkins and Easley did not play at all against Vanderbilt while Harrison and Nixon were injured during the game.
Muschamp said the only player whose status is unclear is WR Latroy Pittman, who suffered a sprained ankle against the Commodores.
"We're hopeful to have all those guys back," Muschamp said. "They're all definitely going to be fine or probable at the worst, except with Pittman, who would be questionable at this time."
Third-ranked Florida (6-0, 5-0 SEC) has lost two in a row to ninth-ranked South Carolina (6-1, 4-1). The Gators are No. 2 in the BCS standings while South Carolina is No. 7.
