ESPN Watch List offensive lineman Andy Bauer (St. Louis/De Smet) committed to Missouri during the spring, but that hasn’t stopped other schools from recruiting the 2014 prospect.
Bauer, who now claims more than 30 scholarship offers, says he’s receiving the most interest from Alabama, Florida State, LSU and Texas A&M, but the biggest threat to Missouri right now looks to be the Crimson Tide.
“I’m very, very interested in Alabama,” Bauer said. “I visited there in June. I had a great visit. I saw a lot down there, and I was very impressed. I have a really good relationship with Coach [Jeff] Stoutland, and I think the school and the program is good for me.”
