The hire of Scot Loeffler as Virginia Tech's new offensive coordinator raised some eyebrows due to his recent history at Auburn. The hire goes deeper than reinvigorating a stagnant Hokies' offense. It started a ripple effect throughout the staff that can only help Virginia Tech on the recruiting trail.
