Joel Stave, Danny O'Brien, and Curt Phillips each started games for the Wisconsin Badgers last season. Now, O'Brien and Stave are back, along with junior college transfer Tanner McEvoy. But there's another quarterback, one who has never started a college game, who thinks he can be the Badgers' man come opening day.
