Connor Halliday is the only quarterback on the Washington State Cougars' 2013 roster who has played a game of NCAA football -- and in the 13 games in which he's played, the Cougs are 5-8 (1-8 in the Pac-12), and Halliday is completing less than 54 percent of his passes.
