Blake Bell has taken plenty of snaps for the Oklahoma Sooners in the past two years, but strictly as an offensive gimmick, not a true quarterback. He has 104 runs in his career, with only 20 passes. Jason Kersey of The Oklahoman, though, lists the junior on top of the Sooners' quarterback depth chart heading into spring drills, ahead of his redshirt freshman rival.
