Hawkeyes done recruiting Florida?

As Jon Miller of HawkeyeNation.com points out, Kirk Ferentz has signed at least one commitment from the state of Florida every year he has been coach of the Iowa Hawkeyes -- until this season. Does this mean the Hawkeyes staff have given up on the Sunshine State?
