B1G 'not in a position' to expand

UPDATE: The Big Ten Conference apparently didn't get the message it was prepared to expand once again. Rumors circulated that North Carolina had a standing offer from the league and Georgia Tech or Virginia could follow. The league will instead stand pat in the foreseeable future.
