The Cincinnati Bearcats and Louisville Cardinals have played 52 times since 1929, a rivalry that has crossed into four different conferences, with the winner getting the prestigious Keg of Nails trophy. The last year the teams didn't play was in 1995, but with Louisville moving to the ACC, the rivalry is about to go on hold. ESPN.com Big East blogger Andrea Adelson wonders if the game will ever return:
