Virginia running back Kevin Parks will have to make way for the Cavaliers' top recruit Taquan "Smoke" Mizzell (Virginia Beach, Va./Bayside). Parks will enter next season as Mike London's top option at running back, but the Cavaliers' staff expects to use Mizzell extensively as a freshman.
