Every year there are a handful of conflicted recruits that aren't ready to announce their decision on national signing day. Some have to wait a little longer before a decision is finally reached. ESPN 300 wide receiver Stacy Thomas (Miami, Fla./Gulliver Prep) will be one of those recruits this year.
