USF still a possibility for Bearcats' commit

UPDATE: USF is still hoping to land a pledge from Cincinnati commit Darius Tice (Miami, Fla./Northwestern). The Bulls are hedging their best with a last minute push for another running back in case Tice doesn't flip.
