GaTech decommit now favoring USF

Willie Taggart is working his recruiting magic at USF. Three-star offensive lineman Jeremi Hall (East Point, Ga./Tri Cities) decommitted from Georgia Tech according to Chad Simmons of Scout.com. USF could be the beneficiary of the move.
