Andrew Maxwell started every game for the Michigan State Spartans in 2012, but he didn't always finish. In fact, it was Connor Cook who led the game winning drive in the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl as Maxwell watched from the sidelines. Coach Mark Dantonio says that Maxwell is his top passer entering spring drills, but in reality this looks like an open competition that will stretch all the way into the fall.
