Q: Did the Chicago Bears rush Jay Cutler back too soon? He's injured again now, along with Charles Tillman, and their playoff hopes are seriously threatened. -- Terry (New Hampshire)

A: This is so subjective, Terry. There are players across the league, on every team, not out there at full strength. Remember, Cutler once was criticized for coming out of the NFC Championship Game because of an injury, and now the Bears are being questioned for rushing him back too soon. In this league, it's really pretty simple: You can make any decision you want if it works. And if the decision doesn't work, get ready to be questioned, criticized and scrutinized everywhere. It's a sign of the times and the world we live in.

Q: What is the San Francisco 49ers' biggest issue right now? That offense looked lost after Vernon Davis went down. -- Taylor (Montana)
